Information for suppliers
To ensure a smooth start-up of projects and maintenance activities, it is essential that all administrative requirements related to access and safety are completed well in advance of commencement. This ensures both the quality of the delivery and the safety of your employees.
Å Energi Vannkraft expects suppliers to actively follow up and ensure that their own employees are properly registered and kept up to date in our control system, Permitto.
Important sequence:
1. Establish a supplier relationship: Before applying for an access card or safety card, your company must be registered in our supplier portal in Permitto.
If your company does not currently have access to the portal, please contact your designated contact person at Å Energi Vannkraft, who will ensure that the supplier relationship is formally established.
2. Prepare documentation: Once access has been granted, the required documentation must be uploaded in accordance with applicable requirements, and applications must be submitted for employees who will carry out work at least one working week prior to commencement.
Important! We(ÅEVK) require that all mandatory training must have been completed within the last 12 months for the entire period during which work is carried out.
3. Framework agreement suppliers: Suppliers holding a framework agreement must use the supplier administration functionality in Permitto to submit applications and manage documentation for their own employees, as a quality assurance measure.If access has not been granted, please get in touch with your contact person at Å Energi Vannkraft.
