Right to information according to the Transparency Act
The Transparency Act aims to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and the provision of services.
The Act shall ensure public access to information on how businesses address negative impacts on these rights. See the Transparency Act on lovdata.no.
